Guests describe a peaceful stay with strong food and staff, and one singles out the spa massage as exceptional. The praise comes with practical caveats: one guest found the pool awkwardly placed for small children, while another felt service lacked polish and said golf carts arrived inconsistently when called.
“Staff were friendly, but lacked the polish you'd expect at this price point. For example, golf carts were about a 50/50 to actually show up when called”
“El silencio was special, very quiet and peaceful (hence the name;), great staff and food. The pool was very underwhelming and oddly located so a bit of a pain w small kids.”
“The restaurant is great, staff is amazing, and the spa is incredible — I had the best massage of my life there.”
