Guests describe sharply different service experiences at Rosewood Hong Kong: one reports WhatsApp replies within two minutes and requests handled within five, while another says Manor Club staff remembered their name by the second day. Others report stained bath towels, a malfunctioning guest-services phone, and service they found poor compared with MO/FS Hong Kong; that last guest also found the location inconvenient for getting around town.
