One guest described an unpleasant arrival, citing an odor, unironed linens, visible bathroom mold and a dirty toilet; another said staff were rude. A separate guest preferred the Langham overall, despite the Peninsula costing more than twice as much.

“However upon entrance there was a stinky odor. The linens weren’t ironed when I entered. My biggest complaint was the bathroom, there was a lot of visible mold and the toilet was disgusting.”
