Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin
Berlin, Germany
Beside the Brandenburg Gate on Pariser Platz, Hotel Adlon Kempinski occupies one of Berlin’s most symbolically charged city-centre addresses, with the government district and Unter den Linden close by. The 385-room hotel is the successor to Lorenz Adlon’s original 1907 hotel, rebuilt and reopened in 1997. Its appeal is the meeting of that historic lineage with a grand-hotel scale: a prominent lobby, several dining venues and an indoor wellness area make it a destination as well as a base for exploring Mitte.
